Join Tauber Bioinformatics Research Lab as a Software Engineer/Bioinformatician

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain software applications and tools for data analysis, visualization, and integration.

Collaborate with researchers to design and implement computational pipelines for processing biological data.

Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.

Contribute to the design and optimization of algorithms for bioinformatics analyses.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of software systems.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in bioinformatics and implement relevant methodologies in our projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R (C++).

Experience with data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Advantage: Solid understanding of bioinformatics algorithms and tools.
