The Tauber Bioinformatics Research Lab develops a user-friendly platform for analyses of NGS data including transcriptomics, genomics, epigenetics, proteomics and multi-omics integration.
The position requires working with other team members to incorporate new tools and algorithms into our growing computational platform.
We are looking for an ambitious, curious and motivated person with the ability to be effective in a fast-paced working environment.
Requirements:
* BSc in Computer Science or related fields
* Comfortable working in UNIX environment, Bash scripting
* Independent, communicative and highly collaborative
Advantages:
* Experience in the analysis of biological data, specifically with high-throughput sequencing data
* Experience in building and testing of NGS pipelines
